Once payment is confirmed, we’ll send you a form to get to know your business. We’ll use that information to guide the project and keep you informed throughout the process.
The service includes 1 general revision round for graphic pieces and videos. Additional changes or full redesigns are quoted separately.
They are delivered ready to publish, with suggested captions and optimized formats, via a shared Google Drive folder. We also offer the option to post them for you if account access is provided.
We can work with general references or stock images, but for best results, it’s ideal that the client provides visual content from their business.
Once we receive the completed form and initial payment, the process takes 7 to 10 business days. You’ll receive the full package organized and ready to use.
✔️ For projects under $1,250 USD: 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.
✔️ For projects over $1,250 USD: 50% upfront, 25% at the halfway point, and 25% upon completion.
✔️ If paying by any method other than bank transfer, 100% must be paid in advance.
